Outdoor Vendor Information (No food or beverage concessions permitted)
- We hold all reserved spaces until 9 a.m. Sarah's Grille opens at 7 a.m.
- There is NO selling of any dogs, cats, birds or any other live animals at the MarketPlace.
- All Friday pavilion and blacktop spaces are half price.
- There is a $5 premium charged over and above the regular price of all non-reserved pavilion and blacktop spaces on Saturdays and Mondays of our three holiday special weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
- All vendors selling any type of firearm MUST register at the office before setting up..
- MarketPlace management strongly enforces our zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the sale of illegal or counterfeit merchandise.
- Space prices range from $12-$18 per space, per day on the blacktop and $16-$24 per space, per day in the pavilions. Reserved spaces are $1 less per space, per day.
- 8' x 30" tables are available to use in the pavilion or blacktop spaces for $6 per day.
PAVILION SPACES: These outdoor spaces have a roof overhead and open air on the sides. Pavilion spaces are 10' x 10' concrete spaces under cover with an adjacent 10' x 30' blacktop area for vendors' vehicles or additional display area. We have 200 of these spaces available. Our busy season runs May through September and during these months the pavilion spaces are reserved by the month ahead of time. When reserving, you don't have to be here all four Market days - you can pick which day or days of the week, consistently for at least one full month, that you want to be here. For example, you could reserve for all the Thursdays for May. If you are interested in reserving a space, contact Bruce or one of the Customer Service representatives at 330-877-9860. Most pavilion spaces cost $16 per day, however "prime" spaces (closer to the building) and corners are $19 per day, and the first two spaces next to the building are $24 per day. During the busy season, reserved dealers must be in their spaces by 9 a.m. If they are not, their spaces will be given to the first person that wants them. If you would like one of the "no-show" spaces, talk to Bruce or one of the representatives at the Customer Service desk inside the MarketPlace. Electricity is available to pavilion spaces for $3 per day.
BLACKTOP SPACES: Many of these spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have 800 of these spaces available. Most are 12 feet across and 30 feet deep and cost $12 per day. However, there are some larger spaces and corner spaces that are $14, $16 or $18 per day. All vendor spaces are painted and numbered. You should be here around 6:30-7 a.m. during the busy summer season to get a space.
To set up, all you have to do is find an empty blacktop space and pull into it, and it is yours for the day (this does not apply to pavilion spaces). We will come around later in the morning to collect the money for the space. Some of these spaces are reserved for the season, so please be sure it isn't spray painted with the word "RESERVED" in it, with an M, T, F or S for the day of the week. For example, if you are here on Monday and a space is painted "RESERVED" with an "S," then it is only reserved for Saturdays and is available first-come, first-served on Mondays.

We do not reserve space in our outdoor market on a daily basis. All spaces are reserved on a monthly basis according to the day you want to be here.
HOLIDAY SPECIAL SETUP: If you want to set up for the holiday special, we recommend that you get a space for all 4 market days. You may pull in on Thursday morning between 7 and 8 a.m. You will pick an OPEN AIR BLACKTOP space, make sure it is not marked RESERVED for any of the days you want to set up, set up for the day, and leave a locked vehicle in that space to hold it for the next market day. You must be in your space, set up and ready to sell by our opening hour (9 a.m.) for the next market day. For Monday and Saturday setups we will add a $5 premium charge over and above the regular price for all non-reserved pavilion and blacktop spaces.
If you choose to come the day of the market to set up, we suggest vendors arrive each market day by 5:30 a.m. We do not guarantee spaces to be available. You may not leave anything other than a vehicle in the space to hold it. Any other items will be picked up by MarketPlace staff and you may face a fine. At the end of each market day all merchandise must be packed up and all trash must be removed. No trash is to be left by a vendor! Vendors who leave trash will be fined. We also recommend that you bring your own tables. The tables that we rent will be distributed first-come, first-served while supplies last.
